Multiple Stable Points Of A Soliton Fiber Laser With Nonlinear Polarization Evolution

Not Accessible

Abstract

Multiple stable points of soliton fiber lasers stabilized by nonlinear polarization evolution (NPE) are investigated analytically, numerically, and experimentally. It is demonstrated that stable operation is possible at the higher transmission peaks of NPE. Advantages and disadvantages are discussed.
