Abstract
Solitons have been studied extensively in the last few years [1-3]. Recently, it has been shown experimentally that partially coherent beams can propagate as spatial solitons [4]. A partially coherent beam diverges more rapidly than the corresponding coherent beam of the same transversal extent, with the divergence becoming greater as the coherence becomes weaker.
