Signal-LO Frequency Offset Tolerance under Tight Filtering for PM-QPSK Using All-Digital Compensation

Abstract

We investigate the signal-LO frequency offset tolerance of PM-QPSK under tight filtering using all-digital compensation. For frequency offsets of 0.32× symbol rate, the additional receiver electrical bandwidth can be as low as 0.13× symbol rate.
