Proposal of High Stable Clock Recovery Method Based on Queuing-Delay Measurement Scheme for TDM PWE3 over PSN

Abstract

This proposes a clock recovery method with packet filter based on a new queuing-delay measurement scheme using the fluctuation monitoring of buffer depth. Evaluation results indicate our scheme can satisfy mobile network operator’s synchronization requirement.
