Abstract

A grating surface emitting laser emitting two wavelengths from the same output aperture is demonstrated. The emission wavelengths are separated by ~10 nm (~1320 nm and ~1330 nm). The size of the outcoupler aperture is 10 μm ⨉ 10 μm.
