Special Immunoassay for Ampicillin Detection in Milk Using a SPR Biosensor

Abstract

An immunoassay was developed using a miniature surface plasmon resonance (SPR) biosensor. The limit of detection of ampicillin was 2.5ng mL−1 and the assay is suitable for routine use within 15min.
