Trace Detection of Ammonia using Multi-pass Cells with TDLAS

Abstract

Trace detection of ammonia was studied with tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy (TDLAS) techniques using the White cell and Herriot cell. The detection limit of NH3 concentration is 1.21×10−6 and 2.88×10−6.
