FEA study on the temperature field by laser micromachining metal in the liquid

Abstract

To further understand the mechanism of laser electrochemical etching and solve the complex problem of laser heating material in liquid, thermal phenomena adjacent to the metal-liquid interface by 808nm semiconductor laser heating were numerically investigated.
