Abstract

We demonstrate an interferometry-free, high-resolution and high-throughput quantitative-phase imaging platform, multi-ATOM, enabling ultra-large-scale single-cell image analysis (>1,000,000 cells) in the context of label-free cancer cell screening in blood.
