Nucleus and Cytoplasm Segmentation using Full-Field Optical Coherence Tomography

Abstract

Using cellular-resolution optical coherence tomography, a random rayburst sampling framework was developed to extract 3D morphological features of skin cells and tissues. The nuclei and cytoplasm volumes and spatial distribution of keratinocytes were quantitatively obtained.
