Scattering-based Coherent Optical Imaging into Intact Murine Brains

Abstract

Coherent detection of scattered photon from complex biological systems has unique advantages. By controlling light scattering via tissue clearing, we developed a coherent imaging approach enabling label-free volumetric investigation of intact murine brains at high-throughput.
