Abstract

In this study, we demonstrated a terahertz (THz) spectroscopic imaging system using a multiwavelength injection-seeded THz parametric generator (is-TPG). Multiwavelength is-TPG can identify reagents based on the repetition rate of the pump laser because the spectroscopic measurement is performed in a single pulse. Furthermore, highly stabilized measurements are realized by splitting the high-brightness THz wave into measurement and reference beams. This system significantly shortens the measurement time for spectroscopic imaging with high stability.
