Abstract

We have demonstrated submicron periodic metal nanohole array with voltage selective chemical functionalization using compound 4-nitrodiazonium-tetrafluoroborate. The resulting spectral shift of ~70nm indicates the potential for use in high sensitivity chemical detection.
