Measuring Negative Group Delay Dispersion Chirped Femtosecond Mirrors For A Modelocked Cr:LiSAF Laser

Abstract

Chirped mirrors with negative GDD were measured using a new approach, and then used with a saturable absorber mirror (SAM) to modelock a Cr:LiSAF laser. 1 mW pulsed power was generated from 40 mW of CW output.
