Spin-dependent ultrafast optical nonlinearities in Braggspaced quantum wells

Abstract

We observe spin-dependent ultrafast blue shifts, transient gain, and the opening of spectral transmission windows in the forbidden gap of the photonic band structure of Braggspaced InGaAs/GaAs quantum wells.
