Abstract

We propose a nonconvex optimization algorithm for 3D computer generated holography. Our algorithm solves for a 2D phase pattern in Fourier space to best approximate a user-specified 3D intensity at the image plane. We demonstrate improved performance over existing techniques, in both simulation and experiment.
