Abstract

Surface profilometry of optical elements often leads to sample integrity degeneration when carried out using mechanical techniques. A Spectral-Domain Optical Coherence Tomography profilometer was developed and topography structure of a 160 μm-thick step-function-surfaced sample obtained.
