The Mathematical Arsenal of Super-resolution Microscopy

Abstract

Beating the classical diffraction limit requires a combination of physical/chemical and mathematical tools. We present math methods ranging from PSF design to signal estimation, including compressive data collection and phase retrieval for precise modeling.
