Large Field-of-view Wavefront Control for Deep Brain Imaging

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

The biggest obstacle for deep tissue imaging is multiple scattering of light. Here, we demonstrate a novel approach to measure and display different correction wavefronts over a large FOV enabling fast aberration corrected high resolution in vivo brain imaging.
