The measurement of focused terahertz spot size and the influence on terahertz imaging processes

Abstract

The terahertz beam was focused by using OAP with different focal length, and the spot sizes have been measured using the scanning knife-edge method. The results indicate that the shorter focal length can focus the terahertz beam to smaller spot size.
