Abstract
In the present work, we measured terahertz time-domain spectra of three kinds of nano-metal samples (i.e. nano-metal Co, CrN, and Mo). The experimental results indicate that the nano-metals have many distinct characteristic spectra between 0.2 and 2.6THz. This study can not only assign the characteristic absorption of the sample, but also can provide the absorption frequencies in wider effective spectra range. The results show that the THz-TDS can be used to analysis terahertz wave characteristics of nano-metal.
