The manipulation of the chaotic polarization mode generated by VCSEL with positive optoelectronic feedback

Abstract

It is found that the polarization of the VCSEL emitting chaotic carrier can be switched into the other arbitrary polarization by a reasonable selection of the applied electric field and the feedback coefficient.
