Abstract

The paper study on drilling technology of the high temperature alloy material under laser and it has many advantages as high efficiency, accuracy and quality. The influence of average power, repetition frequency, platfrom moving speed of picoseconds laser and rotation speed of Helical rotary system on the quality of holes mainly was analyzed. Lumera picoseconds green laser along with the beam rotary Helical module was also developed to obtain no recast layer and no micro-crack blade and the efficiency is quite high. All above ensure the mechanical property of gas-turbine blades, engine blades and some other important aerospace parts which was made by high temperature alloy materials.
