Development and application of high-average-power diode-pumped laser

Abstract

High-average-power diode pumped solid state laser (DPL) have wide applications in industry, military fields and medicine. We investigated the state-of-art techniques and applications of high-average-power DPL. By improving the design and the techniques, we realized the 7 kW high-average-power DPL with fiber outcoupling.
