Metasurface lenses with high optical switching rate based on VO2-InP compound structure

Abstract

A micron-thick metasurface lenses with high switching rate based on VO2-InP compound structure is designed and simulated. The focal spot of the polarization-insensitive lenses is 2.4μm and the switching rate is 92.9%.
