Micrometer-precision 3D imaging at 4-meter standoff distance

Abstract

We present a precise comb-calibrated FMCW LADAR for imaging of diffusely scattering targets. The system acquires data with micrometer-level precision at a rate of 2000 pixels/sec that allows for high-resolution 3D imagery.
