Influence of the Screw Dislocation on the Interband Light Absorption Coefficient and in the Threshold Frequency in Quantum Dots

Abstract

We investigate the changes of a screw dislocation in the absorption coefficient of light interband and frequency of the absorption threshold in quantum dots, because of their importance for the improvement of semiconductor electronic technology.
