Probing Vibration-Cavity Polariton Dynamics via Ultrafast Infrared Spectroscopy

Abstract

Time resolved IR pump-probe spectroscopy was used to measure the vibrational dynamics of strong chromophores in optical cavities. A fast component in the lifetime of W(CO)6 in hexane was observed, but not in the other systems.
