Photonically Tunable MIR Epsilon-Near Zero Modes in CdO Thin Films

Abstract

We propose a novel way of tuning plasmonic absorption of light. By photoexciting electrons from platinum to a CdO film, we are able to control of the ENZ resonance frequency of the film.
