Abstract

We demonstrate the capability of Gabor-domain optical coherence microscopy (GD-OCM) in identifying key features of the structural modification of the cornea in three frequent diseases including Fuchs' endothelial corneal dystrophy, lattice dystrophy and keratoconus.
