Abstract
We report a bright high-repetition rate XUV source, where 48 μJ second-harmonic pulses of a 50-kHz Ti:sapphire amplifier focused into Kr gas drive high-harmonic generation at 22.3 eV with >10−5 efficiency despite a tight-focusing geometry.
