Zonal Adaptive Optical Microscopy

Abstract

Inhomogeneous optical properties of biological samples degrade imaging performance. Using an image-based zonal adaptive optical approach, we demonstrated that diffraction-limited resolution can be recovered from mouse brains in vivo to a depth of 450 micron.
