Coherent Linewidths of Interfacial GaAs Quantum Dot Excitons and Incoherent Coupling from Quantum Well Excitons

Abstract

Optical two-dimensional Fourier-transform spectroscopy is used to study interfacial GaAs quantum dots (QDs). We extract the temperature dependence of the QD homogeneous linewidth and energy relaxation from quantum well excitons to the lower energy QDs.
