Sudden Death of Entanglement Between Coupled Quantum Dots in a Cavity

Abstract

We study generation and time evolution of entanglement between two coupled quantum dots inside a driven cavity. In the presence of dissipation the entanglement may remain stationary, decay asymptotically, or show sudden death.
