Light-Induced Tuning and Enhancement of Two Photon Absorption in Bulk Semiconductor Single Crystal

Abstract

We demonstrate a light-induced method to enhance, control, and tune two-photon-absorption in bulk CZT:V crystals. The technique is reversible in real-time, and enhancement scales linearly with control-beam intensity, reaching 2.5 times of the original values.
