Origin of Terahertz Sensitivity to Heme Oxidation State

Abstract

Previoisly we reported the sensitivity of terahertz dielectric responseas to the heme oxidation state for cytochrome c. Here we discuss measurements and calculations determining how correlated and diffusive motions give rise to this contrast.
