Studying Single Cells Using Integrated Raman and Angular-Scattering Microscopy

Abstract

Angularly-resolved elastic scattering and spectrally-resolved Raman scattering can be recorded simultaneously from a single cell. Using the resulting morphological and chemical information, one can classify individual cells or monitor one cell's response to a stimulus.
