Exciton Dynamics in Bundled and Unbundled (6,5) Carbon Nanotubes

Abstract

We present a pump-probe study of exciton dynamics in semiconducting (6,5) single-wall carbon nanotubes (SWNTs). Optical transients from individual tubes and small bundles (ntubes≤7) shed new light onto the dynamics of singlet and triplet excitons.
