Decoherence in Quantum Information Systems: Kraus Operator Approach

Abstract

We extend previous work [1] by showing that disentanglement of two-qubit open systems can be described in a unified way by Kraus operators. Our discussion includes many examples such as vacuum noise and thermal noise.
