Abstract

Minimally invasive structural and functional imaging is possible deep within tissues via a sub-mm needle. Performing Doppler Optical Coherence Tomography (DOCT) at the tip of 22-gauge probe yields high-resolution maps of tissue microstructure and microvasculature.
