Abstract

Multiple synchronized diagnostics including schlieren imaging of the shockwave, spectroscopy of the plasma emission, spatial evolution of the plasma and energy measurement were performed on laser-induced breakdown in air and in non-igniting kerosene/air mixtures with single and dual-pulse setup.
