TiO2 Nanolayers Obtained by Pulsed Laser Deposition in Air at Atmospheric Pressure

Abstract

We show the feasibility of growing nanolayers of TiO2 by pulsed laser deposition in air at atmospheric pressure with laser emitting at 532 and 1064 nm. We have characterized the nanolayers by SEM and EDS.
