Non-contact Multi-channel Fiber-Optic Laser Vibrometers

Abstract

Two types of all-fiber laser vibrometers (1550 nm) for non-contact measurements are presented. 4-channel heterodyne laser interferometers and 2-channel common-path interferometers are demonstrated with multiple fiber-optic paths accessing to the measurement region.
