Rhodamine B Detection by SERS with Urchin-like Gold Nanostructures in Water Solution

Abstract

In this work, urchin-like gold nanostructures obtained by a seed-mediated method, were coated with silica and analyzed as substrates to detect low concentrations of Rhodamine B in water solution, obtaining promising results for SERS applications.
