Resonance frequency analysis in open tubular channels ferroelectrets by interferometry

Abstract

We describe the use of an interferometric system to analyze the resonance frequency of ferroeletrects. This technique is attractive (no force applied in the sample) and sensitive to small displacements, improving the analyze of elements.
