100-kHz-Rate Gas-Phase Thermometry with High Spatiotemporal Resolution

Abstract

We demonstrate high-speed flame temperature measurements with high temporal and spatial resolution based on coherent anti-Stokes Raman scattering (CARS) spectroscopy at a rate of 100 kHz employing a picosecond burst-mode laser.
