Abstract

A novel Raman spectral analyzer will be used to measure the concentrations of dilute species in complex systems with high resolutions (0.3 cm−1), and high sensitivity (0.1 Pa) within minutes. Examples are: aqueous dissolved gases at the water-surface interface in oceans; or Hydrates imbedded in sub-surfaces.
