Spatial Confinement Effects in Laser-Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy

Abstract

It is very important to improve the detection sensitivity of laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy. In this work, spatial confinement effects of laser-induced Al plasmas using cylindrical walls have been investigated by emission spectra and fast imaging.
