Development of a picosecond-LIDAR system for combustion diagnostics

Abstract

A picosecond-LIDAR system aiming at diagnostics in large-scale combustion devices is developed and characterized. This LIDAR system, using 30 ps Nd:YAG-pulses, has been demonstrated for single-ended measurements on gaseous acetone.
