Resolution-strength Interplay in Femtosecond Laser-Assisted Fabrication

Abstract

The interplay of resolution and strength of submicron structures in femtosecond laser-based writing is an important parameter that has prominent effects on the designated applications. We have shown the strength-resolution interplay for epoxy-based resin.
